Cancellation, delays or cases of force majeure:
In compliance with the texts applicable to sea transport, if the departure of a vessel is prevented by an event that cannot be attributed to the organizer (strike, deviation, bad weather, etc.), the latter declines any responsibility for the costs and direct or indirect losses caused by these changes. In such circumstances, the organizers shall endeavour, as far as possible, to find the best solution without bearing the costs that might be involved, and without compensation, refund or payment of indemnities to the customer.
Any registration should be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the journey. The payment of the balance should be made between 30 and 21 days before departure. At the agreed, any unsettled registrations date shall be considered cancelled.
For any registration less than 30 days prior to the date of departure, the full payment of the set price will be demanded. In the event of a late registration, the travel documents may be collected at St-Malo harbour.
Changes by the customer before departure:
Any change in booking issuing from the customer shall be considered as a cancellation and will entail the same costs as a cancellation.
